The Alma Soprano is known for being one of the most comfortable laser systems available. It uses a gradual heating technique with a built-in cooling system, so most clients describe the sensation as a warm massage rather than the "rubber band snap" associated with older lasers. Sensitive areas like the Brazilian may feel slightly more intense, but it's very tolerable.
When you purchase a 12-session package for a specific area, you receive lifetime maintenance touchups for that same area after your sessions are complete. Hormonal changes, aging, or other factors can occasionally cause a few hairs to return — lifetime touchups mean you're covered at no additional cost for that area, forever.
Shave the treatment area 24 hours before your appointment. Avoid waxing, plucking, or threading for at least 2 weeks prior, as the laser needs the hair root intact to work.
