The Alma Soprano is known for being one of the most comfortable laser systems available. It uses a gradual heating technique with a built-in cooling system, so most clients describe the sensation as a warm massage rather than the "rubber band snap" associated with older lasers. Sensitive areas like the Brazilian may feel slightly more intense, but it's very tolerable.
When you purchase a 12-session package for a specific area, you receive lifetime maintenance touchups for that same area after your sessions are complete. Shave the treatment area 24 hours before your appointment. Avoid waxing, plucking, or threading for at least 2 weeks prior, as the laser needs the hair root intact to work.
